Run 32 and 64bit programs on Dropbox

I am using desktop version 24.5.7.1519 on 64 bit system.
I work with a tiny not for profit gardening group and only need one copy of windows desktop Manager. I am wanting to put the program on to Dropbox so the President, Secretary and Treasurer can view it at any time. I am aware the desktop version is single use, and have no problem with that as only one person would be operating it at a time, with the Treasurer using it on a weekly basis and the other 2, just to check the numbers before each monthly meeting.
So these are the questions, please
Can I run Manager on dropbox?
or can I only have the backup files on Dropbox, which would mean restoring each time?
I have 2 users on 64bit and one user on 32 bit systems, will that cause an issue as there are probably 2 different versions, or would you reccommend working all 3 on 32 bit? If Manager couldn’t run on Dropbox, it wouldn’t matter if it was from a restoration of a backup as I am thinking, they are only data files and the system or platform wouldn’t matter.
Alternatively and the least attractive option, could the Treasurer send the data files to the other 2 committee members and they do restorations on their own computers which would take up lots more time.
I am looking for the most efficient system as the committee only have a precis presented to them now instead of the big wonderful picture that Manager provides. Hoping there is a solution as it would save the Treasurer having to detail the information out to Committee members, which is so time consuming and minor in detail for this small group.

You can run desktop edition and have all businesses in Dropbox.

See: https://www2.manager.io/guides/10348

You just need to be careful so 2 people are not making changes to the same business file at the same time. If they do, Dropbox will report sync conflict because it doesn’t support merging changes in files.

You do realise that everyone who has access could edit and delete any of the transactions and data in the business file

It might be safer to put a copy of the period end business on Dropbox and keep the active one on the Treasurer’s PC

These are no longer supported, see https://www.manager.io/download
