Rules not applied on import

Have created import rules but they are not applied when I import my QIF bank download.

I am on MacOS Catalina (10.15.7), because the new version of Manager needs a higher version that my hardware won’t run, and Manager 24.7.25.1755.

Is this my problem of have I missed something?

Bank rules are not applied when importing bank statement. Importing bank statements will merely create receipts and payments.

Then you can view uncategorized receipts and payments and this will allow you to bulk-categorize them using bank rules.
