i am working in retail sector and we use POS programs for selling and control our inventory and my question is .
is there a future plans to integrate and automate manager With any point of sale register software. please
My understanding in short is that there is no plan to integrate with any POS. A programmer may well be able to integrate utilising Managers API but I’m not a programmer so no sure if that is possible, however, @lubos has advised in the past that Managers API would be able to be utilised to interface Manager with various Banks live/auto statement downloads if a 3rd party programmer wished.
For a retail business, integrating the POS system with accounting software can save a lot of manual work, especially when you’re dealing with daily sales, refunds, and different payment methods. I’d first check whether the POS can export transaction summaries in a format Manager can import, even if there’s no direct integration available. Making sure sales totals, taxes, and payment reconciliation match is more important than having everything sync automatically. A simple, reliable daily import process (Pawa Analytics comes to mind as an example) can sometimes be easier to maintain than a complicated custom integration.
