I type in the reconciliation end date balance but it just reverts back the question. I change the reconciliation date or enter an incorrect amount but it will still not respond. It just keeps asking for an amount and will not accept anything.
What version are you using? Try to upgrade to the latest version from http://www.manager.io and see if you get the same issue. I remember this being an issue some time ago for some users but it has been fixed since then.
I gave up, wipe everything and started again and now it is working OK.
A lot of work however.
One thing to be aware of is that you cannot reconcile as of the same date the latest transaction was entered. In other words, if a deposit cleared on January 30, you cannot reconcile on January 30, but must reconcile on January 31.
