when i receive money from a invoice i get this screen
Do i have to choose item here too? Whats is this for since in my main invoice i have already select item.

No, you can leave the Item field blank when receiving money that’s paying an invoice.
You would only use the item field in Receive Money if you were doing a cash sale.

If i receive cash for the invoice and select the item there too whats the purpose? Since i have select the item(s) in main invoice?
For example i have a service called SERV1 and i make an invoice for customer for 100usd. When i receive cash from him why should i choose SERV1 in spend money too? What will it change in main report?

Items are shortcuts for invoice creation. They already have designated accounts associated with them, prices, and so forth.
