Receipts disappear automatically

Hi, I started to use the latest version 22.3.74 a few days ago.

I always keep the Receipts up-to-date daily. Yesterday (29/5/2020) I made sure all Receipts have been recorded as of 29/5/2022. However, today (30/5/2022) when I open Manager, the Receipts from 28/5 and 29/5 have disappeared. Only Receipts recorded on 27/5 and before still exist.

Does anyone else face the same issue? Is this a programme bug?

Is this the desktop or server edition? What operating system? Have you closed and reopened the program? (A few users have reported similar, though not identical, problems in the past that spontaneously resolved.) Also, what does your History file show? Is there evidence there of the receipts being created?

I am using desktop version in Windows 10.

Yes, I have closed and reopened the program. History file does not show Receipts created on 29/5/2022.

Also, where are your business files stored - on a disk drive, on Dropbox, on Google drove, etc etc
