Is it possible to see the quantity left of the item on the sales invoice instead of having to go back and check your inventory? This is so that you do not over sell.
And also, how can I make inserting a customer obrigatory? So that a sales invoice cannot be made if the customer field is not filled?

This is a question that has been asked and answered many, many times on the forum - please search before asking
@Joe91 addressed inventory checks while creating an invoice. But you asked about seeing remaining quantity on the invoice. Your customer has no business knowing how much inventory you have left.
You cannot make any field mandatory. Manager will not force users to do anything. But a sales invoice without a customer will end up in the Suspense account, where mistakes await your corrections.
