There’s been several reports at the moment regarding KSA QR code.

Is it for Phase I or Phase II?

Are you using a custom theme? What if you don’t use a custom theme? Does the QR code display properly?

Custom themes require adjustments to display QR codes and amounts in Word.

Custom themes need adjustments. You must either create a new theme or avoid using themes altogether.

For the Seller’s TRN issue, the data is empty because the old custom field was removed from the Business Details form. A replacement custom field with a GUID must be added, just like before, so that users can record their TRN in their business data.

My view is that it should be ZATCA extension that should allow users to capture TRN as part of the setup. This should not even be created as custom fields (if every extension creates custom fields, it becomes a mess)

So ideally ZATCA extension detects it doesn’t know seller’s TRN, it will ask for it and saves it in BusinessDetails object. Then it can use it to generate QR code. ZATCA extension does not create literal custom field.

The ZATCA QR Code Phase I generator will prompt the user to enter the Business Name and TRN if this information is not found in the Business Details form. Once provided, the data will be saved.


Make sure you are using the latest version of Manager and install the ZATCA E‑Invoice extension from the Extensions menu at the top.
