We are a company in Saudi Arabia using manager.io CLOUD version and we are integrating with ZatcaEGS for Phase II of E-invoicing in Saudi Arabia.
Migrating with ZatcaEGS makes some modifications within the system, one of it includes a new footer named QrCodePhaseII.
After the last update of Manager.io system, and adding the Theme Enhancer feature QrCodePhaseII footer no longer works and the old unwanted Qr code appears instead, and when validating it with ZATCA application, it shows InCorrect tax invoice even though it has been cleared and sent successfully to ZATCA using Relay and ZatcaEGS integration !
Kindly help us with your instructions to solve this issue since it’s extremely important since we can’t share our sales invoices with our customers with the unwanted old QR code that shows an error when validating it.
