Unfortunately I don’t have a solution. This issue should have been solved a few versions back.

You could try the following, in order:

  1. Backup your Business file
  2. Restart your Cloud server

And the best I can do for you is to get your ticket in bugs category, if all else fails.

Please check the Business details, make sure the Country is filled in correctly

Restart your Cloud server
i made it 3 times without fixing problem

This issue has persisted for over a week, and the lack of barcodes on invoices is causing problems and penalties for us in Saudi Arabia. We urgently request a quick resolution.

I don’t understand what needs to be fixed. For QR code phase 1, you just need to confirm the country in your business details and the theme you’re using.

It would be great if you could also share screenshots of your business details and invoice entry forms.

Please also mention the manager edition and version you’re using.

It seems this issue only occurs with your business data.

but all business without ZATCA Phase 1 QR Code Generator

Show the edit form of your invoice, make sure you are not using a custom theme there.

This seems a bit unusual. The Phase I QR Code should appear by default for the country المملكة العربية السعودية [ar-SA]. You just need to make sure the correct country is selected under Business Details.

You may need to share a backup of your business data with @lubos for further investigation.

I also find it strange that your invoice view does not have a summary row like the one I showed.

I’m using the Desktop Edition, version 25.7.12.2494.

Another possibility is that you’re already using an Image Custom Field for the QR Code but left it empty. This might be causing a conflict or override—removing the default QR Code because the theme is trying to use the one from the custom field instead.

The easiest solution is to install the ZATCA Phase 1 QR Code Generator Extension in your business data and regenerate the QR Code using that extension.

I’m planning to clean up things. In near future there won’t be any automatic QR code. It will be done using extensions.

This will avoid issues with having “the right” country set in business details etc.

So to resolve this issue, use QR code extension as per @Mabaega suggestion because that’s the way forward.

I am from Saudi Arabia and I have been using your software to issue invoices, but after the latest update I started facing serious problems, including:

  • The QR code (Quick Response code) disappeared from all old and new invoices.

  • Printing is not working properly and there are errors/issues when trying to print invoices.

  • New major issues appeared in the system, which made it difficult to use in daily work.

This is causing big problems for me, especially because in Saudi Arabia the regulations (ZATCA – Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) require a QR code on e-invoices.

I kindly ask you to:

  1. Explain the reason for these issues and how to fix them.

  2. Guide me on how to revert to the previous version of the software, or provide a download link for the last stable release, because the old version was working much better for me.

I would also like to ask if you can provide a direct support contact number (phone or WhatsApp, if available), or any fast support channel, so that I can resolve these issues more quickly, as the system is critical for my daily invoicing work.

@Ahmed_Ahmeed are you on phase 1 or phase 2?
