QR code not reading properly

  2. Whether this is Phase I or Phase II QR code

  3. The full Edit screen of the invoice with this particular QR code

There seems to be nothing wrong with any of info you supplied.

Unfortunately, I tried to examine the new themes implementation to tell you what exactly caused this, but the changes are so fundamental to how the view screens are being rendered it seems easier to redo your Custom Theme from scratch.

However, from the previous iteration of Themes, it seems like the themes now have KSA phase I QR code included by default
which begs the question:

does switching to the default theme fix the issue for you?

please guide me what to do regarding themes
the only theme applied it the amount in words

Are you using the ZATCA Extension to generate QR codes?
I did not encounter any QR Phase I issues with the ZATCA Extension.
