I am using the cloud version and I’m trying to add permission to a user (give access to bank accounts), the system keeps replying: error. Help, please.

I was not able to reproduce your issue. So add more screenshots like below together with the screenshot of the error page.
I can reproduce the issue. It happens when you try to update user permissions with bank account or cash account selected. Fixed in the latest version (21.2.1)
