today i format my laptop. afterthat when i install manager then manager is not opening. it’s showing that error
plz help me to resolve this issue.
What version of dotNet do you have installed
The latest version of .Net Windows 7 supports is 4.8 according to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/migration-guide/versions-and-dependencies
i am using .Net 4.5.2
v4.5.2 is older than the v4.6.1 Lubos said was the minimum required.
You will need to update dotNet as Lubos directed
