Hellow since the day before yesterday i have a problem when Try to Update the Software the Code i Get : "Error in parsing the app package." How can i solve that

What version are you trying to install - Windows, Mac, Linux ?

It could be due to many reasons:
- Downloading from unofficial source
- Downloading an incompatible version (i.e 64 bit when you realy need 32 bit)
- Corruption in your downloaded file
- Corruption in your machine’s file system
