Printing and email Invoice Etc

I send invoice and purchase in invoice to client or supplier . How can i send it as pdf. Beacause clients and supplier open die view but cannoy see the invoice or purchase orders

If you send via e-mail, then it will automatically send as pdf.

That is not true. You either need to enable in Obsolete Features in Settings the PDF generator, which then will automatically email the PDF.

Or, as it is labelled obsolete Print the Viewscreen of the Invoice to a PDF file and send with your usual email application.

Desktop versions when trying to email without PDF generator enabled will only provide a link to the local server 127.0.0.1 which receipients can not access. Only Cloud and Server Editions (if accessible online) will have a link that works for the client.

Or, using a difficult way, Print as PDF, add the PDF as attachment, then click Email and select the attachment and send the email. :innocent:
