Just upgraded to v. 25.6.29.2466 and now when I click on the PRINT button for a Sales Invoice, nothing happens. I’ve had to do a workaround by clicking the PDF button and then printing the PDF. (I’m on Mac Sonoma 14.5 if that’s pertinent.)
Same here, v. 25.6.30.2468, macOS Sequoia 15.5.
Print button stop working on tabs: Receipts, Payments, Sales Quotes, Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices and Journal Entries in my setup.
This appears to be a #bug specific to Mac OS.
The problem is with the PRINT button in the Manager interface. Clicking on that button is supposed to send the invoice directly to the printer. Safari has nothing to do with it, as far as I can see - but for the record: I normally use Firefox or Chrome as my preferred browsers.
.
This button simply invokes your browser’s built-in print dialogue that is the same as pressing Command + P
Now that I thought of this, what happens when you go to any other website and press Command + P?
Also, giving this a bit more thought, you’re using Desktop Version which may have its own embedded browser.
Please try this:
-
Open another instance of Manager directly in your browser. You can do so by opening Manager, right clicking on any link and clicking “Open in browser” or “Open in a new tab”.
-
Try clicking your Print button from there.
See if it’s any different
I tried printing this Forum page… got a message saying Firefox had prevented a pop-up window from opening. I had to click on the browser option to “allow” that new window to open.
Yes, I could print the new Manager window in both Firefox and Safari.
PS. This reminds me that I have been getting messages saying “Manager would like to access data from other Apps”. I have been denying this request but I have just “allowed” it to see whether this helps with the PRINT problem. Answer: no, the PRINT button still doesn’t work.
I have this problem in the Mac app.
However, if I right-click on e.g. Sales Invoices and select “Open link in new window” then Safari opens and now the “Print” button works.
I hope this helps.
New here. Spent three days migrating. Reconciliations won’t print. Version 25.7.18.2519 on iMac M2. The open in new window kludge does work, but … ?
I see this bug has been around for quite a while. Is this usual?
Am concerned I made a mistake coming to Manage.io.
