Print Button on Batch View not working

Has anyone experienced, Sales Invoice - Batch View, print button not working?.
I tried on Cloud Edition.

Can you show screenshot demonstrating how it’s not working? Do you get an error? Empty sheets?

No error, just show Javascript:print() on left bottom page

I also found, Batch View on Journal Entry gives me blank pages without errors.

javascript:print() function should trigger print dialog for the screen.

Try different web-browser. This seems like web-browser issue.

Yes… work good in Mozilla and Google Chrome.

Same here. On Ms Edge batchview print button does nothing on tabs. Only customer statement batchview print button works. However working good on Mozilla.

I use Manager Server v24.4.6.1407 on Ubuntu 20.04. When using Google Chrome browser I get blanc page when trying Journal Entry Batch View.

Same problem here.

So it must be more than just the browser.

Updated to latest version of chrome but still batch view doesn’t work. It shows blank page although print button is working

The issue is still there @lubos i checked a while ago it was working fine but now its showing blank page again on batch view

Works fine for me on (trial) server version 24.4.8.1418 in docker on Synology NAS.

Please check the latest version (24.4.12). I’m not able to reproduce the issue but I fixed something that could have caused this.

Cloud Version 24.4.12.1430.

The print button still doesn’t work on Microsoft Edge.

Show this error when i Click blue BatchView Button

Try the version 1431

Work well.
Problem solved.
Thank You

@Lubos, the batch view seems now to work, but whatever you did, seems to deal with the print margins. These are now totally absent when clicking β€œprint”. The print preview screen just has no top, bottom, right or left margins while they used to have before.

Can you try in another web-browser to see if you can reproduce the issue? I think this would be web-browser related.

Print Preview look good in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, some style not working in Mozilla Firefox.

In Firefox Print Preview, there is a dropdown box Margins which controls this.

Mozilla Firefox,
batchview look good
