Phonebook for Suppliers

Hello,

Is it possible to add a phonebook that we can group them also.

For example I will add a supplier who sells zipper. So I will add them under zipper suppliers?

So that when I choose suppliers/zippers I will see all the zipper suppliers.

You cannot group suppliers. But you could add a custom field for categories. A dropdown list would be best. Then, you can sort or search the Suppliers list.

but now is it possible when I click that custom field name, can I see all of that field names together?

Or maybe can I sort these categories by name?
