Inventory group

i have 50 items of 1 vendor, i would like to get them in one group, so that by the end of the month i could get the exact number and bal in one go.

exp:

supplier is
ABC
items:

  1. salt. 10kg
  2. sugar. 10kg
  3. tea. 10kg.
    DEF another supplier
    a. pen. 100 pcs
    b. copy. 100 pcs
    c. paper. 100 rims.

Add a custom field to Inventory Items. Label it Supplier. Set it to show as a column. Now your listing can be sorted by that column, either before or after exporting.

sorry but how will you sort, i need list suppose i have 50 items of supplier ABC. i need all in one report.

click on any of the column headings to sort in ascending or descending order.

Or search for the supplier’s name. You will get a list of only those entries with that name. Just be sure the name is unique. Otherwise, items from Acme Paper Supply Corporation and Acme Food Products Company will both come up.

You can always export and manipulate, sort, delete, or whatever in a spreadsheet.
