Hi, can anyone help me here.
We use Linux Mint OS.
Just updated to Manager Ver. 23.10.1.1016
When we click on the PDF icon in Sales Invoice and Purchase Invoice, Manager shuts down completely.
Any ideas as to how to prevent this?
Sorry but can not replicate this on Ubuntu 20.04 TLS Server with Manager Ver. 23.10.1.1016
Also note that the PDF generator is regarded as an obsolete feature which means no support from the developer.

Didn’t realize that the PDF generator was not supported anymore.
It is actually quite useful when wanting to whatsapp the sales invoices to customers.
Anyway, appreciate your helping out.
You should just use Print (to PDF).

There is also another option - install and use the cups-pdf package
Depending on the distro it will either be called “cups-pdf” or “printer-driver-cups-pdf”
Personally, I find it a little more elegant than the built-in option, and a bit better organised.

Although for now the built-in option is working well for us.
