PDF attachment to Purchase Invoice

Hi,

After I have attached a PDF to many puchase Invoices, I am then unable to open the attached document. On hovering over the attachement a hand does appear but clicking on the attachment it acheives nothing.

I have also noticed that when “clicking” on the attacments tab (top right of screen), the screen does populate however the view button, nothing happens, the edit button does work. Using 23.5.8.822. Hope this majes some sort of sense.

Not sure what to do or what info to share to help sort this.

Just figured out I need to use a web browser for this to work - doesn’t just on descktop. Cheers

I think you haven’t associated a PDF Viewer application with .pdf files in your OS.
