Payslips Date of Employment

In SA if somebody needs credit or a loan, he/she needs to provide 3 payslips and 3 months bank statements.

The payslips must have the Date of employment on.
How can I customise the Payslip. to have it on.

Have you tried using a Date Custom Field?

@Mark, Yes I did look at it. It can only put a custom field at Earnings, Deductions or Contributions. It does not seem to put it anywhere else on the payslip.
