Payslip error

Please do not close my topic if you did not even gave me a chance to respond.

I am working on the cloud, so I assume the software has to be up to date. I did search for discussions on the same topic and could not find anything.
The concern is, besides the time I have to spend to go through prior months, if this happens on all customer and supplier invoices as well, then I have to process documents over for a wholle year.

This is a big concern and should receive urgent attention.

The point of closing your new topic was to save you time. See Bug on Edit screen of payslips - #48 by ahmed_elsayed.

I have seen it, but it does not solve my problem. I still have to spend extra time to go back to prior months to fix all the payslips. We are talking about 100 plus payslips per month.

It might not fix anything, but it is where your situation is being discussed. Splitting discussion lessens the chance of anyone’s problem being addressed.

HOW ???

In the closed topic, you at first ask the User a question “Is your software up to date?” and then in arrogance you closed the topic so as to prevent the User from making a response - thereby causing them to open a second topic so as to provide a response to your question.

Absolutely no time has been saved by anyone, including by your self.

Quite frankly, currently, I feel very sorry for cloud subscribers as they have been lumbered with a number of de-developments (loss of features) and have to suffer and endure the negative impacts upon both their stored data and workflow, as evidenced by this and so many other topics.

A business owner/manager has the responsibility of recording their business activities with efficiency and Manager use to provide and assisted with this efficiency, but in recent months - Manager seems to be not caring about how programme changes have impacted users by failing to provide any commentary, justification or correction.

By directing the user to the topic where the problem was already being discussed in great detail.

Where in YOUR topic response below is this claimed “directing”:

The problem that YOU created was this, you closed @Optimus first topic before they had an opportunity to answer YOUR direct question "Is your software up to date?”, (refer above) causing them to open a second topic - refer to their second topic opening post below:

In @Optimus second topic YOU finally gave the constructive response, which YOU should have provided in their first topic - so the question is - where was YOUR claim “save you time” achieved.
