Payslips error

I am doing my march 2021 payslips and now I noticed that the overtime units of previous month changed from zero to an amount.

This means I have to go through all prior months payslips one by one to correct this. Why is this happening, because it is effecting my payroll costs in my books as well?

I am doing 20 companies payrolls and this is costing me alot of time to fix manually?
