Payment from country

Previously, when subscribing to the cloud, payment was made in the country’s own currency, and there were discounts for economically weak countries such as Egypt. Is it still available?

I noticed the change in quoting, where previously the quotes were made in the currency of the country where the IP address of the user pointed to. So if Nigeria or Egypt it would quote in the local currency. However, the actual payments were always made in Forex and depending on the banking system of a country,

For example Nigeria would not allow direct Naira to Forex payments in or outside the country. To pay in US$ one has to use a domiciliary US$ account that is a bank account designed to enable you to receive, send, and transfer foreign payments using your local bank. You have to deposit foreign currency such as US$ in that account and pay with US$ The account is in foreign currency and not in Naira. So even though the Manager price was quoted in Naira it ended up US$ to US$ payments at the equal value in US$ as if originally quoted in US$.

In essence there was no forex gain/loss related to receiving payments by Manager and thus no advantage/discounts for customers of economically weak countries.

I guess the quoting in the desired currency as is now is much more transparent than quoting in weaker local currencies that could not be paid from.
