I try to pay and renew the subscription and every time the card is rejected even though I have changed the card more than once.

Why do you ask it here i.s.o. sending an email to the support email address indicated on the cloud’s landing page?

Did you pay with these cards before? More importantly to note is that even though sometimes the cost is displayed in local currency the required credit or debit card needs to be in widely accepted international currencies such as Euro, USD, GBP, etc. It depends on the rules and regulations for acquiring forex in any particular country.
