P&L by tracking code with total

I have a few different tracking codes and want to do a P&L report but am experiencing some difficulties.

  1. If there are transactions without a tracking code where to those go? Can I get those to pull up in their own column?
  2. How do I get a total of all transactions? Currently i’m only seeing P&L’s for each tracking code but there is no total P&L included in that view.

They do not “go” anywhere. They are simply not included in a column.

No. The filters are selective. That is, they specify which transactions will be included. You cannot specify a column on a P&L to include things you have not selected.

Leave the Tracking Code menu for a column blank when defining the report. All transactions will show.
