Hello, I noticed that some of the OFX files downloaded from the bank accounts does not import 100% correctly. There are some of the receipts and payments not reflecting on the manager import but the transactions are listed on the OFX and PDF file.
Any suggestions ?
I don’t see how anyone can offer advice without further information on the contents of the imported files and the bank rules used to process them

Be specific. Do not just tell us a feature does not work. Explain what you have done and why you think there is an issue. If your question relates to an apparent software problem (rather than an accounting topic), tell us your operating system (including the version), Manager edition (desktop, server, or cloud), and exactly what you think is wrong. If possible, post screen shots illustrating the problem.
Good day apologies as i am new to the forum, the client is using a server from our manager, version 25.1.11.2023, the client imports his bank statements from an OFX file downloaded directly from the bank (screenshot attached) but not all the receipts and payments pull through to the manager system, some of the receipts or payments go missing.
If the client checks on the PDF statement when he is doing the bank recon on manager he notice that some of the transactions failed to import with the rest of the transactions. He tried importing the same OFX file again but the result remains the same.
Here is also an example where he highlighted the 3x transactions that did not form part of the import but is showing on the PDF statement (highlighted).
Did you check the Suspense account (Summary page under equity)?
Yes, when we do the bank recon we see the transactions are missing there as well.
If in Suspense then show screenshots and see if the “missing” ones are there. Your information so far is lacking the required detail. If you want anyone to help you try to be much more specific as requested and illustrate.
You highlight the missing transactions on the bank statement in pdf format but you haven’t shown the corresponding entries in the OFX file - maybe they are missing from the OFX file, so you need to ask the bank why is that
