If I lost internet network, what options do I have to continue selling or posting?
Record them manually on a spreadsheet or something and then capture them in Manager later.

My personal opinion is to use manager what it is intended for, an accounting program, not a Point of Sale.
You can get a POS solution and then capture your sales in manager on a daily or weekly basis, whatever is convenient for you.

If your internet is that unreliable, use the desktop edition. No accounting program can make up for your lack of infrastructure. You need to choose a system that fits your circumstances.

@Abeiku means that you record each sale by other means than Manager when offline, be it a spreadsheet, notebook, receipt book, etc. When internet has returned you can then post these recorded sales into Manager.
