as we got in “Setting” and then f.e. “Purchase Order Template” a filed where we can put in the Order number prefix, fine. When we go to “Sales Quote Template” we got a similar choice, "Quote Title" and Quote Number Prefix"
but i could not find anything related to “Sales Order” - seems this kind of meetings is missing. Would this be possible also to implement this for the sales order. From my side, I would prefer the same as use now on Sales Quote, anyhow i don’t know what other user prefer or how they handle this issue due to now on sales order the numbering need to make manual, on Sales Quote as well on Purchase Order this comes automatically
