I’m not able to enter money received - Suspense account is greyed out and the pull down says no matches found - have only had this problem since I upgraded my Ubuntu to 14.04
For some time Manager requires you to select bank account or cash account to satisfy double-entry requirements.
In other words, when you receive money from customer, it decreases balance of outstanding invoice and increases balance of bank account or some other account.
It seems like you haven’t created any bank account or cash account. Is there any reason for that?
