What can I do if no PDF button, how can I set that I have it?
Now I cannot generate PDF format from an invoice, so cannot send it to partner.
Someone can help me efficient?
I show how does my surface look like.
Click on print button and save it as pdf and send to your partner @istvantoth .
Otherwise, under settings tab-go to legacy features and turn on pdf button and use it as you are using in the past.

there is PDF button but its showing some businesses and not showing to others
Go to Legacy Features in Settings. Check the box.
