Hello. We created a new business in Manager and upon trying to download the form there is no clickable ‘PDF’ next to ‘Print’ tab . But compare to our previous business, it shows the ‘PDF’ tab.
How can we download the forms now?
Support for the PDF function has ended. See the Guide: Create PDF files of transactions and reports | Manager.
However, the feature is still present for legacy users. Got to Email Settings in the Settings tab. Under
Format, select PDF. The function will then appear when viewing transactions.
the PDF feature is no longer supported. you could use your OS feature by selecting the
Print button and use Save to PDF option.
if you still want to use the old PDF button, under Email settings, set your Format to PDF
