Newbie to Manager and Account in General

Firstly just trying out the desktop version of Manager and I must say, well done! nice little package for me and my small new business. Our customers are based in Spain and we are based in Ireland, is it possible to produce Invoices, Statements and email templates in Spanish? but I need everything else in English, all help appreciated.
