New Manager Server installed but it is not coming online on Network

Dear Concern,

Kindly help me we were using the Manager Server for a long time but when we downloaded the new Manger Server version the software is only working in the system where have installed but it is not coming online to the network 192.168.2.155:5000 it showing page can not be loaded and the 1st time of deploy windows firewall ask us to allow but it is not coming and even we have disable the windows firewall but still its not coming online to other machines.

Kindly help in this matter.

This is a networking issue, not a Manager issue. Follow standard troubleshooting steps for unreachable host.

we have formatted the system also but still facing the same issued we have installed windows 10 still facing the same issue its running on the host machine but not on the network
