I have made a new text custom field to enter the “web order number” on invoices for orders placed online.
I have it to show at the top of the form and it prints on the form exactly where I want it to.
My issue is that I have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen to enter the data.
Is there any way to have the data entry point positioned at the top of the screen rather than just when printed?
No
Workaround, but may work for you, is using the spacebar so it will directly brings you the bottom of the page. (tested in Windows 10 and 11).
Using [Shift]-[Spacebar] will bring you back to the top of the page.
Avoids scrolling.

If I hit the space bar 3 times it takes me to where I need to be, Then shift/space 3 times and I’m back again 
What happens when you hit the [End] key? Does it bring you directly to the bottom of the active window?
Use the [Home] key to get to the top of the active window.
