Lost all transactions made on the 23.03.2026

Volumes of Data for the 23rd has disappeared over night. No transaction was saved on manager. Everything was ok the whole day yesterday untill this morning I discovered all Data on all companies on my account is missing. Kindly help. This an emergency @Lubos. I am on a cloud version

i confirmed this, yesterday (23-Mar-26) i have completed my 05 Banks Reconciliation right now its is not showing. Cloud Version.

Please see this reply from lubos, so may be all the affected have to redo the work for past 20 hours.

i have the same issue

the data will be restored or we have to redo the work

Ok, hope for the best.

I think have to redo

@hazem @Khurram_Shahzad i think we should wait. we have to do it as Lubos described the situation.

It’s not entirely clear what is happening, but AWS Bahrain region is currently operating only in a very limited capacity. Given the ongoing situation, there is no clear timeline for full recovery.

Normally, I would wait for AWS to restore service to avoid any data loss. In this case, the timeline is uncertain, so I decided to migrate all customers previously hosted in Bahrain to Europe to restore service as soon as possible.

However, this required restoring data from a cross-regional backup, which was approximately 20 hours behind. I apologize for the data loss - any work during that period will need to be re-entered. I will be reviewing how to improve system resiliency to reduce the impact of situations like this in the future.

When AWS Bahrain becomes available again, I can make it possible to download backup files containing data up to the time of the outage.

Thank you very much for your clarification and prompt support.

I regularly create backups from the cloud. However, I recently attempted to restore a backup from the cloud to the local desktop manager application. While the restoration process was completed successfully, I am unable to open the attachments.

Could you please advise if there is a way to back up data from the cloud that includes attachments as well?

We noticed that some quotes and invoices created yesterday are missing from Manager IO.

Could you please check if there is any issue with Manager IO.Kindly look into this on priority and update us at the earliest

We have also noticed that some quotes and invoices created yesterday are missing from Manager IO

I have a question regarding the data loss that occurred on March 23, 2026.

If I continue working in the system now (in the Europe region) and re-enter the missing transactions, what will happen when the Bahrain region comes back online and backup files become available?

Will the data I have re-entered be overwritten or lost? Or will I be able to safely keep my new entries and just use the old backup as a reference?

Additionally, regarding attachments: when restoring a cloud backup to the desktop app, attachments do not open. Is there a way to back up attachments as well?

Yes, this will be the case. No data will be overwritten or lost.

This hasn’t been implemented yet but coming soon.

My advice is to stay on Europe Space because the end of the war in Iran is still unpredictable.

Manager.io should not risk her clients. Let all clients be shifted and stay on Europe space until the war in Iran ends.

A lot of our data has surely been lost and for some of us who post receipts instantly without side record, we are already in trouble to locate which client/customer paid and exactly how much………

So let us stay on Europe space for now.

Thank you.

Will we be notified if/when a backup becomes available?

For now we are holding off on entering anything into Manager in the hope that the backup will be available soon and we can just restore it and work from that. If we have to continue operations with the data loss, it will take some time for us to try and re-enter all the transactions from the affected period. If the backup becomes available at a later time, I would like to refer to it to try and ensure we haven’t missed anything in our re-entries.

Do we re-enter all the entries which were done yesterday? or we wait for the AWS servers to be back online? if I re-enter now, my reference numbers for all entries will be overwritten? will it be double once the AWS servers are back? Currently I have asked the team to stop making any entries in Manager.io. Please advise

I suggest re-enter missing data. When Bahrain data center comes back online, it won’t duplicate the data. Also, it’s not clear when it is coming back online. I suspect it will take long time because there doesn’t seem to be sense of urgency like with other outages.

I agree — I will go ahead and re-enter the missing data. Since it’s not clear when the Bahrain data center will come back online, and it may take a long time, I don’t want to delay operations any further.

Just to confirm: when Bahrain does come back online, there won’t be any duplication of data, correct?
