Migrating from Obsolete Features to Current Features

I currently use the following Obsolete Features:

Classic Custom Fields
Vat Calculation Worksheet in Extensions
Themes

I am sure that I will have no issues migrating my current Classic Custom Fields to use the new Edit Columns and new Custom Fields Functionality.

I am unclear as to whether my VAT Calculation Worksheet in Reports is using Extensions, or is using whatever the UK Vat Calculation Worksheet is supposed to be using nowadays. So I don’t know if I can simply delete the VAT Calculation Worksheet in Extensions and my current VAT reports will continue to work?

Has anyone successfully migrated from themes to whatever we are supposed to be using for quotes and invoices nowadays. I only see Footers in settings, but I have a number of view modifications such as colour of rows, headers, font sizes as well as how the references are displayed on the invoice versus quote.

You can delete those extensions. They don’t do anything in your case.

Currently there is still no replacement for themes. Eventually there will be but I’m not at that point yet.

Thank you. I have deleted the extension and can confirm that the VAT Report still works as expected.

No rush on the themes as what we have works. I think the main thing required in the new themes replacement is the ability to do “what you see is what you get” in terms of colours, font sizing and moving things to middle, bottom etc! With the addition of footers, form defaults and custom fields I can’t imagine that the WYSIWYG editor would need to be that extensive - colour, font type, size and alignment really.
