Am on most recent update and this has been happening on the last two updates I have had.
While editing some fields in receipts or invoice sometimes and hyperlink text become non-responsive - edit, view, any of the left tool bar links like Summary, Bank and Cash accounts.
Interestingly the edit and view buttons still highlight when I hover over them and when I click on them even get the border like it recognizes the click. But nothing opens.
Closing and reopening Manager resolves the issue until it happens again.
ah, OK, thx for explanation. I thought when I started on this forum users were able to tag as Bugs. No problem, good to know that now Admin/mods do this.

It’s kind of off-topic, but I don’t think that it should be deleted – it’s a valid question but its still within the broader context of the topic.
That’s right!!!..!! This is what happens to me especially when the latest update. It was the most amazing program, it worked well Before the recent updates. Please help.
This is very Annoying after entering 30 line products it froze after waiting 30min nothin happened so had to close the app and restart and again re enter the data.
please look into it at the earliest
This is difficult bug to resolve because there is no reliable way to reproduce it like other bugs. I’m making continual improvements so please keep upgrading to the latest version and if you experience this issue, let me know which version number you are currently on to ensure you are not reporting issue with some old version which might have been already fixed in newer.
This may be clutching at straws: how many people here use Dropbox or similar for their data folder? I’ve used Manager this way since 2020 but it struck me that perhaps Manager accessing + Dropbox uploading the data file at the same time might cause issues?
Manager and file location is stored locally and I do use Google drive that syncs. Have had this set up for years without issue since the issue started recently.
I do use Filen to backup my company files, but I run the sync monitor program 3 times per week to backup my files and to not constantly make revision copies every time I change a file. I have not run the sync program today, so I do not think that was the problem.
