Manager exiting while clicked on "Guides" on Ubuntu 14.04

While working on Manager on Ubuntu 14.04, I clicked on Guides, Suddenly Manager exited. Was it crashed? Then appeared the web browser with topic of “Guides”. I successfully replicated this problem on other 14.04 installation several times. Please rectify the problem and report us as newbies like me will always need to refer to the link-“Guides”.

I am using latest version 14.12.50.

This is a bug in third-party library Manager is using under Ubuntu. It will be fixed sometime next year.

For the time being, you can just navigate to Guides | Manager instead of clicking on the button within Manager when using Ubuntu.
