You really cannot expect help without providing information. Start with edition (desktop, server, or cloud), version number, operating system. Also, what do you see when clicking Details? And have you tried Continue?
You need to add information about the OS and Manager version you are using.

button and copy the error details here, to provide more information about the error you are experiencing
