Deskop version cant load businesses

Hello i have an issue with the desktop version it cant load my businesses

  1. What software version number do you have on your desktop computer

  2. What operating system do you have on your desktop computer

  3. Where did you get the file you are trying to load from (Manager approximate version number or year, operating system). What is the file size and file extension you are trying to load.

  4. How are you trying to load the business

hello. i am using windows 10 pro. I have the most current version downloaded few minutes before this issue. it was fine some few days back.
I am normally loading it as any other software double clicking on the icon on the desktop or right clicking and clicking open
