The old Windows is damaged and there is a copy of Manager Desktop on it “no backup” only the files of old manager software. Is there a way for me to recover the data on it only from the program files on the old Windows to the new Windows?

Unfortunately, there’s nothing Manager can do to recover damaged or corrupted files. That’s why it’s recommended to keep regular backup on different drives/machines.
Anyway, I couldn’t follow your case. Could you please elaborate on what files were you able to recover? Meaning, were you able to recover any *.manager files?
