Manager desktop icon missing

I install manager for my friend and he forgot to take backup and his system has been infected by virus. Desktop manager icon has been deleted, previous backup exits with manager icon and manager exist in the control panel as installed app.

Is there any way i can get the company data from
AppData/roaming/manager

On Windows, default folder path would be:

c:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Manager\
