How do I remove the package and reinstall it again, maybe its because I use sudo and the privilege is not right.

You can close the terminal. Manager server will run in the background as a service.
I got the solution now, use the manager-server edition. Read the tread, Panashe gave me the links on how to go about it.
The moment I closed the terminal, the access is gone again. There must be another way around it.

The server can only be accessed by a client when the server is running. Stop the server and client access stops.

The server version is not cheaper than the cloud version. The server version has a very significant IT support cost which you will have not choice but to pay if you choose to run a server. Running the server requires significant IT expertise, acquiring that will cost you a lot of time and frustration.

If you cost your time employing an IT specialist or paying for the cloud version is cheaper.
That is my point, well if the Desktop version is giving trouble then they need to fix it.
Manager is an off the shelf product. Users so not get to dictate developer priories no matter how important they think their personal needs are.
The design enhancement maybe added at some time in the future.
In the interim I would strongly encourage you to listen to the advice given by other users who have long ago found an effective work around.
Access to a free desktop version of Manager is a privilege not a right. Please respect the privilege.
Patch, that what eko said to do doesn’t work in my case. I tried and it doesn’t work.
To go back and reinstall an older Linux is not going to happen. I lost 10 weeks after a power-search and every single day since August 23, I fix my computer every day and the moment I downloaded the new AppImage the problem started, before that there was no issue with Manager.
Buy the cloud version then.

Thank you to @eko @Panashe_Mlambo and @Abeiku for all your advice. I am on Linux Mint 20.1 Cinnamon. I’ve had problems since August or so. I tried a few weeks ago, at eko’s suggestion, to lock into gtk 3.0. I thought I had done that successfully, but the problem persists. Filling out quotes, invoices, etc will lock up.
So I have just installed the manager-server as per this thread. I only use Manager locally, on my desktop computer. I don’t need to access it from the internet. So I don’t need to do the port forwarding or the custom domain stuff, correct? Do I need to secure the Manager server with https? The instructions for this assumes I am using a custom domain, which I am not. Can I just go to the http://127.0.0.1:8080 in my local browser, with no other configuration needed?
