Lost data during backup

I didn’t backup and lost data during update process
how can it be restored

  • From about what version to what version?

  • What now happens?

You can’t lose data during a Manager update as the data is keep (stored) on the computer in a completely different location to the programme.

If you do a - .manager - file search that should locate (note the dot in front of manager)
