List of place holders to use in templates for email subject & body

Is there somewhere I can see a list of available place holders that I can use in the subject and body of email templates?

I don’t see a reference list of all available email-template placeholders in the provided Manager.io guides. The Email Templates and Email Settings pages describe what templates are and how to use them, but they don’t enumerate the placeholder/merge tags for subjects or bodies.

Hello,

I noticed in the current version of Manager that the Themes/Templates option works only on Sales Invoices (and related sales documents).

But when I try to use the same theme for Receipts, Payments, or Purchase Invoices, there is no template dropdown and no way to apply the theme.

My questions are:

  1. Why are Templates limited only to Sales Invoices?
  2. Is there any way to apply or customize templates for Receipts, Payments, and Purchase Invoices as well?
  3. If not, are there any plans to reintroduce this functionality like in older versions?

I specifically need to apply a watermark and formatting changes across all these documents, not just Sales Invoices.

If you click on help in the Email Templates for Payment, it expressly mentions using placeholders to customise the template https://www.manager.io/guides/email-template-for-payment-form but does not list any.

UPDATE: I just found this https://www.manager.io/guides/email-template-for-sales-invoice-form however non of the placeholders mentioned here seem to work, I just get the email with the text in brackets instead of the dynamic data that should replace it.

Bump, in case someone with the knowledge, missed it the first time :slightly_smiling_face:
