KSA QR disappeared from the invoices

That’s right we tested the integration on a different domain and it worked fine
However, both I and a colleague faced this error, despite having done the setup many times before
The system is up to date, and I’ve already reset the business data, but the issue remains
Any idea what could be causing this?

If you are using the Cloud Edition or Server Edition, make sure you log in using the administrator account.

Does this happen in one business data on your subdomain or on all business data? (you can try creating new business data and performing Integration in a Non-Production Environment)

It works fine on another subdomain

But on the one I’m talking about, even when I created new business data , the same error 28 still shows.

Did you try it with the administrator account?

Yes Sure usually using jus administrator

I am currently using the latest cloud version (25.6.27.2454)



and have already reset the server. However, I’ve noticed that some of my old invoices — which were previously cleared and compliant with ZATCA Phase II — are now displaying QR codes in the Phase I format.

When I scan these QR codes, the system indicates that the invoices are not compatible with Phase II requirements.

Attached are copies of the same invoice for your reference:

  1. The original invoice posted and cleared on 03 June.
  2. The same invoice as it appears now in the Manager Software as of 27 June.

Thanks for the swift response. I have created the custom theme but unable to update. As the update icon is not accessible.As the invoice is already cleared - I am unable update the invoice.

I have not been able to find the cause and the solution;

I tried some new business data today and did not find a similar problem.

It would be easier if you provide access to your business data, so I can try to analyze the cause. If you are willing, please contact me via private message.

May be I missed some fields in first attempt. Now the old invoices are with correct QR code. Will work on the new invoice and update you.
