I’m using cloud version 25.6.23.2431 without custom theme.
QR codes still not shown.

Please check the latest version (25.6.23.2432). This one will handle Arabic characters in QR code correctly.

I am using the


Cloud version. The QR code was not reading correctly. Meaning was not complying with ZATCA. Then I changed the title of my Account in English and the Name of the company to English. Then the problem was solved. Now it reads correctly as per ZATCA.

The latest version works with Arabic too.

I have an issue that Sales Invoices that are already cleared in ZATCA EGS to generate the PHASE II Qr Code of e-invoicing in KSA show PHASE 1 Qr Codes

Knowing that I am on CLOUD edition and I restarted the server and it’s updated to the latest version 25.6.23.2432

The QR code still not reading correctly

It’s working fine on my side I tested it with several users and it reads correctly.
make sure you’re on the latest version

QR code now is displayed again on the sales invoice, using the template created on the new theme. Instead of going fully automatic, now the QR code can be selected optionally. Great job Devs. Thanks.

After several prompting, the issue is related to the qrcode.js is not installed/loaded into the directory and I was guided to use the external code by CDN service. Don’t know anything about these stuffs but now it works again. The new theme enhancer is a great tool

Is the integration platform currently working?
This is my first attempt to connect after the recent QR code issue, but the system doesn’t proceed to the integration settings page. Just checking if the platform is back to normal or if there are still technical issues @Mabaega

I am using 25.6.26.2445 version. I’m still facing an issue where my previously cleared invoices are displaying the QR code for Phase I instead of Phase II.

Could you please guide me on how to rectify this and ensure that the QR codes on earlier invoices are updated to comply with Phase II requirements? I have already reset the server but still no positive response.
