KSA QR disappeared from the invoices

I think solving an issue that has already been highlighted and noticed by the developer would require work. Continuously engaging with every forum member won’t solve anything. Its better if you wait for a solution.

Our messages regarding our simple issue have not been answered about disappeared QR. and we asked to go back to the previous cloud version until the problem is resolved

Only replied on the question about the second phase and the connection process have been answered.

We have invoices pending and cannot wait without knowing whether it will be resolved (which is why we request a response to our questions).

From what I’m seeing, QR codes are progressively starting to work for more businesses. The issue is, there are two phases. Some people refer to phase 1, others to phase 2. Both are working completely differently. Then there are differences within each phase.

My first goal is to get it working again for everyone. Then work on improvements to make the whole system simpler internally so it doesn’t break in the future.

If you check the latest version (25.6.23), QR codes should be visible for even more businesses now.

I can confirm Qrcode work on version 25.6.23.2430 now

The QR code is now visible, but it’s not working. You said that the app theme should be configured using Theme Enhancer, but please explain—should I attach the theme as I did before, or will it be managed within Theme Enhancer now? Also, if you planned to update the app, you shouldn’t have changed the previous system. Now all the themes have been changed.

When you say it’s not working, can you explain why?

I’m working on simplified QR code mechanism that will be much more compatible with theme enhancer. Theme enhancer just creates new themes based on your instructions. The way themes work is the same in principle. But now they support full HTML5 standard for printing and any type of layout. The previous themes were very limiting.


when i have scan qr code no information found

Same thing here. QR code is not showing, and in addition now there is a scroll bar appears in the right side of the printed document.
I have restarted the server every day in the last 2 days but still not resolved.

QR Code is shown. But, when I tried to scan it by E-invoice reader to make sure it contains the required information, it shows none of the requirement (Business name, VAT.. etc.)

Try setting the Margin manually to None. This should eliminate the scrollbar.

However, this is not practical; it seems additional settings are needed in the Default Theme so that users can print the Invoice without changing Margin settings in Print Preview.

@lubos Zatca has already split e-invoicing to two phase the requirement
Phase 1 (Generation Phase) Mandated the use of electronic tax invoices instead of handwritten or computer-generated invoices using text editing software.
Phase 2 (Integration Phase) Requires integration with ZATCA’s Fatoora platform, issuing invoices in specific formats, and including additional fields
ZATCA views Phase 2 as a continuation of the success of Phase 1, emphasizing digital transformation and economic development

for this reason there will be users who is looking for phase 1 which is not yet compulsory for them comply with phase 2.
users who ask for phase 2 it is compulsory for them to integrate and submit every invoice to zatca

I have tried to read the QR Code by zatca app QR Code not readable. which is an indicator that QR Code not comply with zatca requirement

Ok thanks @Mabaega. Still waiting for the QR codes to be resolved by devs.

Anyway, there is another issue that might related to QR codes, now the Batch View is not showing any invoices at all, just blank spaces.

I’ve improved this. Please check the latest version (25.6.23.2431) if it’s corrected now.

I updated to that version. But, still the same.

The QR Scanner result detailed as follows:
Business name: N/A
VAT ID: false, it should be 15 numbers
Time & Date: wrong format
Total invoice amount: not correct number
Total VAT: not correct number

For those who still have this issue, I need to know the version and whether custom theme is used (try without custom theme).

I’m working on a solution so that QR codes are easily compatible with custom themes.
